Welcome to Casa de Ana

Your home in Cancún, with the island five minutes away.

We are in Supermanzana 72, on Av. Francisco I. Madero, 1.3 km from downtown Cancún. Each room is private, with its own lockable door, bathroom with shower, kitchenette and patio: a space of your own to relax, cook at your own pace and plan your days in the city.

Ana, the owner, is here at the house and helps you with anything you need, from recommending an outing to arranging your transfer from the airport. Check-in is self-service: we send you the instructions to get in, whatever time you arrive.

Besides the kitchenette in every room, we share an equipped kitchen, a TV lounge, a garden, a sun terrace and an outdoor dining area. We welcome children of all ages, and the Isla Mujeres ferry is five minutes away so you can head out early to the island.

Arrival. Check-in from 15:00, with self-service registration. We send you the instructions to get in. Early check-in is subject to availability.
Departure. Check-out before 12:00. You can extend it for MXN 305, subject to availability.
Quiet hours. Quiet hours from 22:00 to 9:00, so everyone enjoys a calm atmosphere.
Payment methods. Credit card, debit card or cash. Payment by credit card carries a 5% charge. We issue invoices.
Registration. On arrival we may ask you for official photo ID and a cash deposit.
Laundry. Service available for a fee.

Getting here

From the airport it is about 20 km, between 28 and 36 minutes by car. You have three options: our transfer, at MXN 450 per vehicle for up to 7 people, from 06:00 to 01:00 and on request; the ADO bus to the downtown terminal and from there a taxi or a colectivo; or a direct taxi. To get to Isla Mujeres, the Ultramar terminal in Puerto Juárez is five minutes away by car.

How do I get to Isla Mujeres?

The Ultramar terminal in Puerto Juárez is five minutes away by car. If you want to catch the first boat of the day, you sleep very close to the pier. Ferry times and fares are published by the ferry company.

Do the rooms have a kitchen?

Yes. Every room has its own kitchenette, and we also share a kitchen with microwave, fridge and cookware. Cancún Mall, for your shopping, is 2.1 km away.

Is there breakfast or a pool?

No, the property has no pool and does not serve breakfast. Every room has a kitchenette so you can prepare your meals.

Do you welcome children?

Yes, of all ages. For babies aged 0 to 2 we offer a cot on request for MXN 80 per night, subject to availability.
